The Kimberley is renowned for its brand of country music and this is your chance to enjoy the best of it.
On the program is the latest generation of Kimberley singer/songwriters.
Derby based MANGO MOB have been perdorming for a few years now and feature renowned musicians and songwriters Colin Pigram (Pigram Brothers), Lucy LeMan (Jam Tarts), Richard Rose (Benning Brothers) and Laurie Churnside (Abandon). Their brand of music is from the soul of the West Kimberley, and thats where they will take you with a set of country classics and a selection of their originals.
Mokoi Iga, an up and coming young Derby vocalist will be joined by family members to entertain you with some familar favourites.
Neil Murray facebook link NEIL MURRAY will share some of his truly Australian country/folk songs, songs that take you to the true heart of Australian country. Neil was a founding member of the WARUMPI BAND.
Special guests are the JOHNSON FAMILY BAND from Wyndham W.A. They will take you on a tour of all the styles of country music from the last 50 years, presented by three generations of the Johnson family. Wear your dancing shoes.
